Friday marked this year’s Autumn Equinox so what better excuse to use up the last of summer’s Rosé this weekend and turn it into the drink du jour; a cooling Frosé?
This one is really straightforward. Simply pop a bottle of your favourite Rosé into the freezer, checking on it every 30 minutes or so. Give the bottle a gentle shake each time to prevent large ice crystals forming.
When the wine is of a ice-slush consistency, take it out and serve immediately.
