Few invitations are more enticing than a summer’s afternoon picnic, set amongst the enchanting, speckled blooms of wildflower meadows.
In celebration of Laurent-Perrier’s cuvée rosé 50th year, we headed out of London to the rolling hills of Surrey and the home county retreat of Coworth Park estate.
The hotel’s Michelin-starred executive chef was on hand to create a beautiful banquet of dressed crab, fresh breads, seared tuna and British charcuterie. There is always room for dessert, and the selection of puddings were inspired by the flavours of an English summer: elderflower, strawberries, and cream. All complemented, of course, by Laurent-Perrier’s rosé bubbles.
Pull up a deck chair, and join us…
A huge thank you to both Laurent-Perrier and Dorchester teams for putting on the most beautiful afternoon!
